What happens if I am running late, and don't make my appointment on time?
I give a grace period of 15 mins past your appointment time to be here, after that time you will need to reschedule.
Do you kennel dogs?
We do not kennel dogs during their visit, unless they’re markers, or aggressive.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. We welcome walk-ins upon availability.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer a 10%-discount if you pre-book 4 to 6 weeks in adavance.
How soon after grooming do I have to pick up my dog?
Within 30 Minutes. There is a 30 Minute grace period before a fee of $15 up to $30 will be added to your bill unless other arrangements were agreed upon. This will go into effect January 1st, 2016.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice, via email, phone call. No-shows will be noted. If you miss your 1st appointment with no call, we understand. The 2nd time with no call, you will be required to pay 50% of the grooming price upfront. On the 3rd no call, you will have to pay 100% of the grooming price upfront – but we know you’ll love our services and this will never happen.
